NOVEMBER 3RD - 6TH

Logistics Information

How do I travel to Coyhaique?

You must make your way to the race start point on your own. The closest airport to both the start and finish of the race is Balmaceda Airport. To get there, you’ll need to fly to Santiago de Chile and then connect with a domestic flight. The airlines that operate flights to Balmaceda are LATAM Airlines and Sky Airlines.

If you need a transfer to the Titan camp, you can book it through the organization. For that, please contact us at info@titanforestpatagonia.com.

You’ll be able to arrive at the Titan camp starting from the verification process on Sunday, November 2, which will take place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM approximately. You’ll receive an email with all the schedules at least two months before the race.

Where and how do we sleep?

From November 2, at the start of the check-in process, until 12:00 PM on November 7, participants will stay in a camp built by the organization in the city of Coyhaique. This camp functions like a small village, equipped with all necessary services: restaurant, dining area, bathrooms, showers, beds, and more.

Each participant will sleep in a shared tent equipped with a mattress, sheets, blankets, and pillows, along with other participants. After registration, riders may request to share a tent with a specific participant. It is recommended that team members share tents.

It is not allowed for any participant to stay in a different accommodation.

How does my bike get to Coyhaique?

Each participant is responsible for transporting their own bike to Balmaceda Airport and then to the base camp. In June, we will provide more information about available transport services.

How do I get my bike back home after the race?

At the end of the race, each participant must arrange the return transport of their bike. We will share more information on transport options in June.

How do I transport my luggage to Coyhaique?

Luggage is the responsibility of each participant, both in terms of transport and care.

Can I charge electronic devices?

Yes, there will be power outlets available in the camp to charge your electronic devices.

Will we be able to communicate with the outside world?

The camp is located in the city of Coyhaique, so it has mobile network coverage. However, some areas along the race route may have no mobile signal.

Can I bring companions?

With the Titan Fan program, companions will be able to join the riders during the event. More details will be available in June.

How do support services work?

If you require mechanical or physiotherapy services, you must book and pay for these services yourself. Soon, we will provide all available service options in a newsletter.

Can I bring my own food?

Registration includes all meals in camp (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). However, you are welcome to bring vacuum-packed or special dietary items.
Be sure to check Chile’s food import restrictions to avoid issues at the airport.

Keep in mind that on-course aid stations provide only liquids, so you’ll need to bring your own energy bars, gels, and supplements from home.

Can I do laundry at the camp?

Yes, you can wash your clothes in the washroom areas of the camp. However, we strongly recommend wearing clean clothes each day to help prevent chafing and to ensure water availability for all participants.
