Merzouga, the immensity of the Desert

This village located in the Erg Chebbi area will be the protagonist of the fifth stage of the race, which will make a total of 98km in loop, through this area known for its endless dunes. The territory of the Erg Chebbi is synonymous with dunes, palm groves, trails, in short, an area with a special charm that will transport us to a magical atmosphere.
Located in the southeast of Morocco and only 60km from the Algerian border, we find the town of Merzouga. It is the most visited village in the Erg-Chebbi area and for this reason, it has a wide range of tourist attractions.
