Titan Forest Patagonia will take place from November 3 to 6, 2025.

Check-in and departure

Check-in will take place on Sunday, November 2, 2025. The race will end on November 6, with departure from the camp on November 7.

What’s included in the registration?

ALL RATES INCLUDE:

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

During the purchase process on the Ticketmaster website, you will have the option to pay an additional fee to protect your ticket in case of a medical emergency.

 

Voluntary cancellation. The following refund policy applies if the Participant voluntarily decides to cancel their registration:

  1. Cancellations before June 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM (CL time): A fee of $250,000 CLP will be retained as administrative costs.

  2. Between June 30, 2025 at 11:01 AM and July 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM (CL time): 50% of the total registration fee will be retained.

  3. Between July 31, 2025 at 11:01 AM and September 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM (CL time): 75% of the total registration fee will be retained.

  4. After September 15, 2025 at 11:01 AM (CL time): No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 30 days of the refund request.

 

One-time and installment payments. The following payment options are available for registration:

(i) One-time payment. May be completed at the time of registration via credit or debit card through the Ticketmaster platform.

(ii) Installment plan. The available rate at the time of registration will be divided into 3 payments, which will incur an additional cost compared to the one-time payment option.

  In the event of non-payment of any of the scheduled installments, the registration will be cancelled and the applicable cancellation policy for that period will apply.

  If the non-payment occurs on the final installment, the participant will lose their registration with no right to a refund.
